RULES
Rule number 1:

We do not allow the following:

1. Images that could be considered indecent, where we do allow nudity, please keep the content as tasteful as you can or as relevant to the issues theme as possible.
2. Do not steal anyone else's work and claim it as your own.
3. Images are to be submitted with full consent of both photographer and model, unless full artistic rights have been granted to either the photographer or model submitting.

- We will not tolerate bad behaviour within our forums (naughty maybe, but not bad). Racist, sexist, hate speech etc will constitute a ban.

- We do not provide tear sheets. Although we may in the future.
​
- This is a "For profit" magazine, geared towards publishing models and photographers work. You will be able to purchase magazines that have yours and other peoples work displayed as proof of your published works and are welcome to share and show others as part of your portfolio.

- We will send you a link for you to use and share on your social media pages if you wish, to display your triumph.
​
- Digital versions may be available upon request after proof of purchasing hard copies.
​
- There is no financial compensation given to either model or photographer.
​
- Both model and photographer are able to submit their works via the link we provide on the web page. The link will come with a set of instructions that must be followed in order to have your images accepted. If the rules are broken or specifications not followed, then sadly we will not be able to accept your images.

- Clear Shot Magazine is a high quality magazine and we will only accept the best images. Poor quality images cannot be printed as it will affect the quality of the magazine overall.
​
- We want to continue to maintain as high quality service, this means that we will try everything in our power to help with purchase issues, answering questions, helping you get your content out there, plugging your work on our social media sites etc. Please be patient with us as we are willing to go the extra mile for you, but expect the same of our users.
​
- As our website is in its infancy, we do expect a few hiccups along the way. But don't worry, we will be available to sort any issues that may appear.
​
- We love good feedback. As long as it is constructive we will listen.
​
- Enjoy yourself and what you do. We intend to.

Now the boring bit:

1.By submitting your work to Clear shot magazine, you are entering into an agreement with us that:
2.Your images may be used for our magazine, including distribution, placement on merchandise, advertising purposes and magazine pages, inserts and covers.
3.In order to submit your work you agree that you are over the age of 18 as no under 18s will be accepted in our magazines.
4.You agree that the images that you submit are of yourself (the model) or by yourself (the photographer). Each must agree that they have the right to use the images. 5.If you do not have the right to use the images, this must be obtained by all parties before submitting works.
6.We are a for profit organisation. 7.No financial compensation is gained from submitting your work to us, unless you buy to resell.
8.You agree to the rules and terms on our webpage along with having the rights to your own work and submitting your work to us is an agreement of this.
9.You may post our links on your webpages and social media sites if you wish.
10.We take the upmost care to ensure that your data is kept securely and do not share you details with other companies or individuals.
11.Your images are used for Clear Shot Magazine only and will not be distributed by other means.
12.Clear Shot Magazine try not to publish images that have been published before.
13.If you have knowingly submitted your images to other magazines then please refrain from submitting them to multiple magazines.
